Operation Jal Rahat: Army Joins Assam Flood Rescue and Relief Operations

The Indian Army began Operation Jal Rahat in eastern and Upper Assam as water levels rose. The report identified 22 affected revenue circles and 298 affected villages in the situation then being monitored.
