Assam Flood Relief Package 28 July 2026: ₹15,000 Interim Aid and Simplified Ex-Gratia

The state announced ₹15,000 interim support for more than one lakh affected families in four worst-hit districts, ₹9 lakh combined assistance for eligible flood deaths without requiring a post-mortem, and additional student support.
